Therapy for Anxiety and Burnout
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and relationship stress. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” for everyone else and are looking for a space where they no longer have to hold everything alone. Many of my clients are helping professionals and high-achieving adults who feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.
Therapy That Goes Beyond Just Talking
While insight and self-awareness are important, meaningful change also involves understanding how stress and emotions live in the body. I integrate traditional talk therapy with somatic (body-based) and mindfulness approaches to help clients reconnect with themselves where just words fall short.
